Kingcard Help Center

When your KingCard balance is insufficient, you can supplement it in the following ways to ensure that your KingCard always has enough balance to support daily payment needs.
Common reasons for failure:

  1. Insufficient balance: The balance may be insufficient due to changes in the balance when paying, please check and supplement the balance.

  1. Exchange rate update: The exchange rate may have changed at the time of payment. It is recommended to reconfirm the latest payment exchange rate.

  1. Payment Timeout: The payment operation may have exceeded the validity period, please re-initiate the payment.

  1. Network problem: During the payment process, the network is unstable or the signal is poor. It is recommended to try again after switching the network.

  1. Payment amount exceeds limit: If the single payment amount exceeds the limit set by the merchant, please confirm the maximum payment amount with the merchant.

  1. Order expiration or cancellation: The order may have expired or been cancelled by the merchant, please confirm the order status with the merchant.

  1. Payment IP issues: Payment websites may refuse payment because the IP does not pass detection, common situations include IP is not pure enough or does not meet the regional requirements of the payment website.
When paying on the US website, if the IP is not local, it may be rejected. It is recommended to try changing the IP multiple times.

  1. Payment Lock Issue: Some global payment scenarios will verify the regional ownership of the card. For example, if the price is different in different countries, the payment will verify whether the region of the card is the same as the payment website.
For example, if you try to pay for a subscription service in Turkey (such as Spotify) using a card BIN from the US region, the payment may fail.

  1. Virtual Card Restrictions : Some websites refuse to use virtual cards for payment, especially some services that provide free probation periods (such as VPS services, Cloud Service platforms, etc.), which will block virtual cards. Example : When registering with Amazon Cloud as a Service, virtual cards may be rejected by the risk control system.

  1. Virtual card does not support specific merchants: Some merchants' transactions may be restricted by the issuing bank of the virtual card. If "Unauthorized MCC" appears in the transaction record, it means that the bank has restricted the virtual card transactions of such merchants.

  2. Incorrect transaction currency: This means that the card only supports transactions in certain currencies and other currency transactions cannot be completed. For details, please refer to the card description.

  3. Unauthorized MCC: This means that the merchant's MCC code was rejected by the bank and the transaction could not be completed.

Summary: Many websites will have some payment skills, and payment websites will also have corresponding risk control measures. Please do not try blindly. If you encounter problems, you can consult customer service or search for strategies online. Virtual cards are not universal cards. You may encounter many scenarios where payment is unsuccessful or requires some environmental cooperation to succeed. Please pay attention to your users!
