If you need to cancel a KingCard order or make a return and want a refund of the cryptocurrency you paid, please first understand the merchant's refund policy and cryptocurrency handling.
If there is a need for a refund, the original purchaser will refund the money in fiat currency, not cryptocurrency. The legal currency amount of the refund shall be based on the original order amount after the payment is completed.
