How To Freeze A Card-KingCard

If you need to freeze your KingCard, you can follow the steps below. The card is frozen. If you want to use it again later, you can unfreeze it at any time and resume normal use of the card.

Step1. Click the "Card" button at the bottom of the homepage

Step2. Swipe left or right to select the card you want to freeze

Step3. Click the "Freeze" button

Step4. Click the "Confirm" button
